Praline: This delicious confection is composed of richly flavored chocolate to which caramelized sugar, well-roasted, finely-ground hazelnuts (or almonds) and vanilla have been added.
Buttercream: A traditional soft, light filling, butter creams contain a fluffy chocolate cream interior.
Truffle: Truffles are made by heating a rich blend of butter, cream, chocolate, and often a flavoring, delicately shaping it, and enrobing it in exquisite milk, dark or white chocolate.
Fondant Cream: Fondant Crème is a smooth, delicate filling achieved through a combination of sugar and confectionery cream paste to which fruit and other natural flavorings are added.
Caramel: Caramel chocolates are made by carefully roasting sugar until the typical aromatic caramel flavor is reached, then adding fresh cream.
Ganache: With velvety consistency and incomparable flavor, a ganache requires the highest percentage of cocoa solids, which is combined with heavy cream and a variety of flavors.
Marzipan: Marzipan is a thick paste achieved by skillfully mixing melted sugar with finely ground almonds.

People like to complicate things because they need to know that they are capable of solving complex problems, as this would mean they are intelligent.
But have we thought of what we should do when we find ourselves enjoying a wonderful time, a good day, or being in an easy and comfortable situation?
Hardly.
We take this for granted and we lose the chance to feel happy about life.

‘life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated’:
Maybe life is just literally simple - awake. pray. eat. bathe. work. shop. home. eat. chores. pray. sleep.
THAT simple.
But maybe life can also be simple with choices – awake to the sound of the alarm clock and to the smells of breakfast cooking in the kitchen. give thanks for a brand new day. say good morning to the loved ones. bathe in the tub or in a nice shower with that shampoo and conditioner for this hair type, and that body wash for this skin type. sing while taking a bath. dry with a nice, fluffy, fresh towel. walk into the walk-in-closet and pick out the ensemble for the day, for that mood – the shoes should match the bag (and the belt). get that polished look by putting on just the right amount of makeup. perfume, too. head to the dining room for that power breakfast – continental style; orange juice with pulp, please. read the morning paper or watch CNN on the flat screen tv on the wall. get the car keys and drive to work – listen to feel good driving music. arrive on time looking fresh and smelling good. work your way towards that goal – every day counts. work hard and play harder – dinner after work, shopping after work, iloveme-time after work. go to the grocery store to get some grub. or go to the bookstore to find nice reads. or go to the church for some quiet time. drive home. say hi to the loved ones. lounge around in the living room of the apartment or condo and watch a little TV. take a shower. slip into a pair of comfy cotton jammies. eat dinner – a full course meal. watch a little more TV inside the bedroom. give thanks for a beautiful day and for all the blessings for the day and for those in the past. read a good book. say goodnight to the loved ones. tell the loved ones of a planned visit over the weekend. sleep in a cozy room, in a nice bed bed with smooth sheets, fluffy pillows, and a light comforter… sleep with a relaxed mind and a peaceful heart and dream the sweetest dreams tonight. wake up tomorrow with a happy heart.
For me, life is really simple but i insist on making it more active, eventful, and meaningful.
It IS that simple.

When we were younger, we were told that we should have dreams. And that as we go on in life, we must follow these dreams and realize them.. This thinking was pushed by one perpetual semi-rhetorical question: what do you want be when you grow up? As we grow in age, our choices become either limited or more diverse – it all depends on how we see it.
Sometimes, to chase our dreams and make it ours, we have to make brave decisions.
And then sometimes, we just have to take the plunge… and win.
