but here’s a bit about what’s happened since the last time there was something new to read here: i had Albo in the first quarter of the year after i came back from vacay with friends. he will be turning 1 this December.

i have moved jobs and had enjoyed it – got paid very well and had a lot of fun with my teammates. training has always been my passion but now my efforts are directed towards something new and i no longer work as an employee to a company – i am now and employee to myself.

my power ensembles, high heels, accessories, and my strong but nice corporate personality will have to take a backseat as i live a happier, more independent and very relaxed life. i now have more time to cook, take care of albo and my family, read, write, take pictures, learn a new language, eat, sleep, and laugh…and most of all, more time for myself and can plan to travel anytime – as long as i work on my schedule and delegate my tasks properly. i will also have enough time to prepare for my wedding!

after seven long years of working in the corporate world and living the night life (because i usally worked at night), i am finally back! my days are days again and my nights are nights again! so goodbye health problems! goodbye sleeping disorder! welcome back healthy life!

i am just so excited about life right now that i wake up early everyday. i also have time for siesta if i wanted to but i want to stay awake as much as possible to enjoy all these – i have missed a lot after many years of just working and sleeping and getting stressed in between.

now my sleep is more peaceful and comes quite easily, too. my early mornings are not nauseating but are actually very exciting. my days are livelier, and easier albeit the business work load but hey, i call the shots now and i dont have to slave away, working on an impossible deadline set by my boss because i am my own boss now. i can now work on my own plans and schediules and make room for spontaneity because plans are just plans, other things just sometimes come up all of a sudden. spontaneity prevents plans getting ruined. that’s how i see it.

overall, im very, very happy right now. and also very excited about prepping for my wedding.
